Dr Rubina Mittal
Director of Research & Innovation
Dr Rubina Mittal is a Professor of Operations Research at Delhi University with over 25 publications. As a mathematician skilled in handling complex datasets and mathematical modelling, she mentors many start-ups. She serves as Co-Chair of the Education Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as an Executive Member of FICCI’s Education Committee. In addition to her work with WIF and Delhi University, Dr Mittal is a core member of Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, an organisation chaired by the Prime Minister of India that promotes Gandhian values globally.

Basant P Gupta
Director
An IIT-BHU and IIM-B alumnus, Basant Gupta possesses a strong background in Program Management and Business Strategy & Planning. His other strengths include business analysis and client relationship management. A stickler for structure and a coordinated style of working, he is quite comfortable in leading large teams for successful and timely delivery of assignments. In the past, he has worked with global corporations for the management of large-scale initiatives. He built a team of 300+ through captive off-shoring, catering mainly to clients in North America for app development and maintenance in the technology domain. In a leadership role for shared services, he has managed central functions like Projects, Transitions, Vendor Management, Knowledge Management, Training and Business Excellence. He has set up new processes and operations capabilities with a capacity of over 1500+ professionals in the NCR region.
Hemangi sinha
Project Head
Mrs. Hemangi Sinha, the Founder and CEO of the Arjun Foundation, is a multidimensional personality with a strong social conscience. She is associated with several prestigious organizations, including Rotary International and various NGOs, and has served as the charter president of Rotary Vasundhara. A lawyer by profession and a social worker by passion, Mrs. Sinha's dedication to social causes is evident in her extensive involvement and leadership.
Rahul Kumar
Technical Head
Rahul Kumar is a distinguished civil engineer and the Technical Head at the World Intellectual Foundation. With over 18 years of extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Mr. Kumar has established himself as a leading expert in his field. His expertise extends beyond traditional civil engineering, as he adeptly analyzes election data, demography, constituencies, and election results. His multifaceted skills and profound knowledge make him a vital asset to the World Intellectual Foundation, where he continues to drive innovation and insights through his technical leadership.
Pravin Kumar Singh
Sr. Project Associate
Pravin Kumar Singh is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and currently, working on an ambitious project, the Responsible Nations' Index (RNI 2024). This initiative aims to rank countries based on their responsibility towards their citizenry, environment, and other nations. As a Policymaker at the World Intellectual Foundation (WIF), he has spearheaded several impactful projects, including the Draft Culture Policy of India, Global Food Security, the Cost of Not Doing Judicial Reforms, Sustainable Automation & Caste Census & its Consciousness. In addition to his policy work, he has authored a paper titled "Studying Different Aspects of Population Policy," which was published in the International Journal of Science and Research. He has had the honor of representing the WIF at prestigious international forums, including the G20 and C20 Summits, as well as the World Sustainable Development Summit 2024. Through these experiences, he strives to contribute to creating a more responsible and sustainable world.
Kunal Singh

Kunal is currently pursuing an MBA at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. His academic journey includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Sanskrit Literature from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Additionally, Kunal has obtained certificates in International Relations and Diplomacy, and Stock Market Program, further showcasing his commitment to continuous learning. He has held roles such as Project Intern at the same organization, Legal Intern at Lex AVA Partners, and Team Member at Legal Adobe. His technical skills encompass MS Office, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Pagemaker. Kunal has excelled in sports, playing chess at the national level, basketball at the state level, and badminton at the zonal level. His written work includes "Indian Polity - Understanding Nation and its Political and Administrative Functioning”.
Santosh kumar
Project Associate
Santosh Kumar has completed his M.Phil degree in History from the University of Delhi, and is pursuing his PhD in Ancient History. He is indulged in various academic works and has teaching experience of more than 4 years. His research interest lies in Ancient Indian Texts and the History of Cinema. He has worked as a Content Developer, Translator and Teacher for UPSC and CUET for the past 3 years. Also, he has presented more than 20 conference papers as a presenter as well as keynote speaker. He has contributed to various academic and non-academic publications and has published 7 academic publications including peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, conference proceedings, etc. He currently resides in Delhi. He has acted, directed and written 6 short films in Hindi and has written 2 books and 30+ anthologies as an author.
APAAR WADHWA

Apaar is a policy pookie at the World Intellectual Foundation. He is always occupied analysing the complex interactions between economics and public policy to promote sustainable and inclusive development. With a keen eye for data and sharp critical thinking skills, Apaar devises solutions that have a significant impact. His proficiency spans multiple industries and fields, making him a versatile problem-solver. When not contributing to global policy advancements, Apaar is either delving into data or curating conspiracy theories.
Mehek Bahl

Mehak is a Sociology major student from Ambedkar University of Delhi. She has presented Research paper in TISS - "Women and Migration in Indian Context", OP Jindal- "Rise of Women entrepreneurs post covid in context to Gender Equality" KNC- "How individuals make sense of their social life in the Metropolis”.
